Opteamus is our highly effective system for managing information, knowledge and documents, developed mainly for customer relationship management (CRM), for Helpdesk and Knowledge Management. Our software helps in delivering everyday information to colleagues and partners. Its main strength is in the effective management of unstructured pieces of information (messages, notes, news, remarks). It is a good supplement to the majority of company information systems which are basically and exclusively managing numerical data (structured data).
